My journey with AMP started in September of 2017, becoming our first Account Manager Support Specialist. I worked side-by-side with our Inside Sales Account Managers making extra outbound calls to customers, helping manage business listings, and much more! I found my niche in upselling other programs to our current OPTIMA™ customers and paved my path to Account Executive. From there, I worked with our long standing OPTIMA™ customers to ensure a successful program, while continuing to close personal sales.
I found my love for training new hires and soon started as an Inside Sales Classroom Trainer where I trained new hires on our OPTIMA™ program. I worked with them each step of the way, training them on how to sell OPTIMA™, and helping them grow in their own roles. In 2020, I was promoted to Assistant District Manager and built an Inside Sales team in our DeKalb Corporate office. I took another leap of growth in 2021, when I joined forces with our CloseBy® Text Marketing Department and was promoted to my current role as the CloseBy® Text Marketing Inside Sales Manager. I enjoy working side by side with my team and other reps within the division. It’s always been a motivating factor for me to help others, as well business owners!
A few of my accomplishments over the years include: 2019 & 2020 Evolver of the Year, 2020 Account Manager of the Month for March and April, Ranked #1 in the company for Sales in January 2021, and was the Leader of the Month for May 2021.
Outside of work, I provide Softball hitting and catching lessons to a 14U team in Burlington, IL. I played Softball at the collegiate level, and now enjoy giving back to the Softball community. I hope to one day coach a team again! In my free time, I also enjoy spending time with my family on the weekends, and longtime High School friends!
