Hi, I’m Heather Nawrocki. I started working for AMP last August in 2019. I absolutely love my job here as a Senior Account Manager. I enjoy working with such a close knit group of amazing people that consistently push each other to be better and better. It’s a rare thing to be a part of a team that genuinely loves the success of others and I am beyond grateful to be a part of the AMP Family. Before working with AMP I worked for Wintrust Financial for 7 years. During my time there I had several positions with my last one being a Business Development Coordinator for their Premium Finance Division. I left Wintrust in 2018 when I had my daughter, Madison Marie. I was a stay at home mom with her for about a year when I decided to get back to work and do something new! AMP found me on Indeed and after my 1st interview I knew I wanted he chance to make my own name in this amazing company. So here I am, 1 year and 2 promotions later as a Senior Account Manager working with hundreds of family owned businesses across the country making an impact and improving each business I touch. This position continues to challenge me every day and I love every second of it. Working here provides me with a great schedule to be able to still spend plenty of time with my little girl. In my free time you can catch me with Maddie either running around outside, having dance parties in our kitchen, watching Disney movies or napping on the couch because she wore me out lol. #LoveTheLifeYouLive
